Aurum partners directly with Assisted Living Communities to deliver expert, on-site wound care — eliminating the need for transportation, hospital visits, or delayed healing.
Our mobile medical team provides gentle, non-surgical wound treatment using modern biologics and vibration-based debridement (via XSONX® or similar ultrasonic technology). We work seamlessly with facility staff, families, and providers to ensure clear documentation and optimal outcomes.
Each visit includes:
In-facility wound assessment + high-resolution imaging
Painless, vibration-assisted debridement (no scalpels or scraping)
Medicare-covered placental allograft application (if eligible)
Dressing changes with advanced products
Charting and progress notes for the resident file
Provider updates and family-facing education (if requested)
Ideal for:
Residents with chronic wounds or new injuries
Patients discharged from hospital with wound needs
Pressure injuries, diabetic ulcers, or post-surgical sites
Facilities wanting to avoid costly hospitalizations or delays in care
